One thing sure, the music industry has proven to be highly profitable for South Africa’s favourite rapper, AKA, with sold-out gigs, tours, endorsement deals, music labels, album sales, and winning different awards.

Over the years, the Vela In Versage hitmaker has never been shy to express his love for marijuana in his music or social media platforms, even during interviews. Yesterday he took to his Instagram account to announce a new partnership with a cannabis company, Greenside.

In an official joint statement between Greenside and AKA, both parties expressed their excitement as they look forward to a work together for the development of cannabidiol in South Africa. The deal will see development of a new line of cannabis products consisting of CBG Oil and Vapes.
