With less than 6 months to go, the countdown to Up The Creek 2025 begins now! Early Bird tickets for the 4-day Summer festival went on sale on Friday 23 August to much creekerdom, and SOLD OUT IN ONE HOUR! When Creekers creek, they creek! 

Established in 1990, the music festival continues to grow from riverbank to riverbank and now returns in 2025 after a sell-out 2024 with over 2,500 attendees – the 2nd highest gathering in the festival’s history! Nonetheless, it will always remain intimate (limited to 3,000 Creekers) and filled with great local (and now international) music, lekker food, short queues, and a whole lot of gees.

Next year’s festival is set to take place between 6-9 February 2025, at the much-loved, original farm on the banks of the Breede River just outside of Swellendam in the Cape. By now, Creekers know they’ll be getting some of the freshest sounds on the local music scene, plus an international injection from Australia, for the first time ever! Oz’s Hollow Coves, a dynamic indie folk group hailing from Brisbane, blend an earthy folk sound, acoustic melodies & vocal harmonies. Quoting influences such as Angus & Julia Stone, Ben Howard, & The Paper Kites, the boys have set out to deliver their own brand of indie folk across the world.
